Maggi Leise, Physical Therapist
Maggi Leise, P.T. received her degree in physical therapy from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000. After graduation, she began her career in an Olympic weightlifting facility prior to guiding focus on manual therapy techniques. Maggi spent over a decade designing and progressing a women-specific physical therapy program that is now nationally utilized.
She has a passion for performing arts and prevention of injury in order to maximize quality of life at any age. She believes in treating the person and not solely the dysfunction. In addition to her work as a physical therapist, Maggi is a tap dance instructor at Wings Dance Studio in Lockport, Illinois. Maggi and her husband, Greg, reside in Homer Glen.
Mike Limanowski, Physical Therapist Assistant
Mike joined the Lockport Physical Therapy team in November of 2017. Prior to joining the team he graduated from Andrew High School in 2006. He began his journey at Western Illinois University and went on to graduate from the 2011 Fox College Physical Therapist Assistant program in Tinley Park becoming a licensed PTA. Since then he has been focused on learning and working with patients and co-workers to better himself as well as making a positive influence on the people surrounding him.
Sarah Dworak, Physical Therapist Assistant
Sarah graduated from Joliet Central High School where she was in multiple sports. Such as volleyball, track & field, and cross-country. Sarah completed her Physical Therapy Assistant school, at Fox College in Tinley Park. Sarah gained experience, working with a wide spectrum of patients including; pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
